Help for sore gums and teething

Teething and sore gums in your little one can feel both heartbreaking and helpless, but it is unfortunately unavoidable. When babies are severely affected, it typically impacts their sleep because discomfort, itchiness, and pain can make it difficult for them to settle down. This can, in turn, lead to overtiredness, and suddenly you find yourself in a vicious cycle that can be hard to break.

If you're unsure if your baby is teething, we've listed the typical signs in a blog post about teething here. Here you'll also find a range of suggestions for relief.

An effective tool to alleviate your baby's discomfort is reflexology and acupressure.

In this video, Kathrine Birk shows you how simple pressure and reflexology techniques can relieve pain and help your child finally fall asleep. The method provides temporary relief, and for some babies, it can even eliminate the pain completely.

Your baby will love you for giving him/her a break from the pain, so their little body can get much-needed rest. Remember to do something good for yourself too, once the baby has finally settled down.

The video can be used for all ages and only requires your hands and care.
