General

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary in order to deliver the item to you.

Your name, address, telephone number and email address are passed on to GLS or PostNord so that your item can be delivered and they can notify you about it.

Your payment details are passed on to Quickpay so that payment for the purchase can be made.

If you choose to pay via AnyDay, your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details are passed on so that an instalment plan can be set up.

The personal data is registered with LALATOTO of Denmark ApS and kept for five years, after which the data is deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data controller at lalatoto.dk is LALATOTO of Denmark ApS.

You have the right to be told what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to. This may, for example, be the case if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it. Necessity

We only collect personal data in cases where this is relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity with LALATOTO of Denmark ApS.

When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions.

We will only keep your personal data for as long as we are either under a legal obligation to do so, or for as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.

Information we collect

If you wish to buy and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services. We may use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket while you use our webshop.

We may collect information such as name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if it differs from the postal address), telephone number and payment details.

The data controller for the collection, processing and use of your personal data on www.lalatoto.dk is LALATOTO of Denmark ApS, Kulbyvej 16, 4270 Høng, CVR no. 45 14 92 18.

Legal basis and purpose

We collect your general contact details, such as name and address, in order to deliver the product or service you have bought from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation, and possibly a newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, your card data and your IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is only used and stored for processing the payment and fulfilling the agreement entered into. When payments are made, some of your data will be passed on to Quickpay, including information that is necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data that is required to complete the purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to buy products from us on our website.

Your information (except your email address, if you have given consent to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your item or service.

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

We have our website with Shopify and our payment system through Quickpay, which act as our data processors. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Shopify data centres.

We use external companies as suppliers in order to deliver our services as well as possible. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their delivery of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data on our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with the applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

Your rights

As the data subject, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure are fulfilled at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:

– to access and have your personal data rectified/changed

– to have personal data deleted

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
