Payment
Lalatoto accepts payment with MobilePay, ApplePay, ShopifyPay, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Anyday and JCB. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.
Reservation of amount.
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.
LALATOTO of Denmark uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, and your information cannot be read.
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly payment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each payment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. Payment solution Anyday
If you finance your purchase via Anyday, the following payments are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Anyday, MobilePay and Apple Pay.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be deducted when the item is shipped. After that, you will pay your monthly payment on the last business day of the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged on your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate.
Freight
Lalatoto ships all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.
There is free shipping to parcel shops for all customers for purchases over 600 DKK. For purchases under 600 DKK, shipping costs between 39 and 49 DKK.
All orders are delivered with GLS with an expected delivery time of 1-2 business days.
It is not possible to pick up or return orders at this address.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kundeservice@lalatoto.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you of course have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping. It is possible to purchase a return label for 45 DKK via our returns portal on the webshop. You are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
Please remember to enclose our standard cancellation form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. It will also be sent to you via email if you purchase a return label via our returns portal.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement. If you have used our return label, we will deduct the shipping costs from your amount.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect use/treatment of the product, such as, but not limited to, chewing damage, incorrect handling when washing, excessive wear and tear caused by, for example, playing, etc.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
Please provide your order number, describe the error/damage and send a picture of it to the email; kundeservice@lalatoto.dk
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs. We also offer to send you a return label that you can print out and attach to the package yourself.
The product must of course always be returned in proper packaging.

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with LALATOTO of Denmark ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
The data controller at Lalatoto.dk is LALATOTO of Denmark ApS.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
